BEFORE THE EVENT

1. Download the Zoom App for your device (Zoom is compatible with Mac and Windows PC‘s, Android and Apple iOS, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices)
2. Make sure you have the most updated version of the Zoom Application (Zoom updates frequently so be sure to check for updates the day of or close to the wedding.
3. Test your speakers and microphone (test using device you will be using for the event)
4. Test your video. Your mics will be muted but feel free to have your video on so that artists will be able to see you.

DURING THE EVENT

1. Please turn off your microphone during the event. This will prevent distractions and allow for better bandwith. There may be an opportunity for some people to speak, at which time you will be able to unmute yourself.
2. Feel free to use the chat room to send some positive messages or share comments during the event. The chat will be saved for the artists to view after the event.
